Milk Chocolate Bars
We love this plant based ‘milk-a-like’ chocolate from our favourite Belgian chocolate maker. It’s has a cocoa mass of 46% so it’s similar to a milk based ‘dark milk’ - in fact, it can be hard to tell the difference! The chocolate itself is free from all main allergen groups.
Allergy Advice: chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass (46%), rice syrup powder, chickpea protein concentrate, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322, natural vanilla. Some bar flavours contain nuts.
Fruit and Nut - Sprinkled with hazelnuts and raisins. An old favourite and classic combination.
Yuzu - If you haven’t come across yuzu before, it’s a citrus fruit that originated in China and is now widely cultivated in Japan in Korea. It has a flavour that’s similar to mandarin. This bar is delicately flavoured with yuzu oil and is sprinkled with tiny pieces of dried orange peel.
Mint Crisp - Minty with a sugar crunch.
Coffee and Cocoa Nibs - flavoured with coffee and sprinkled with cocoa nibs.
White Chocolate Bars
Vegan white chocolate can often be be over sweet and sugary which is why we avoided it - until we found this one. It’s the best we’ve tasted so far and is made in the UK. The chocolate is also free from soya and gluten.
Allergy Advice: contains sugar, cocoa butter, rice flower, natural flavouring, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322). Trace nuts. Some bar flavours contain nuts.
Cappuccino Bar - The natural coffee flavouring we’ve used in this bar balances the sweetness of the chocolate. We finished the bar with a zig zag of vegan dark chocolate to add a complimentary flavour - and it looks pretty.
Marmalade Bar - The name ‘Marmalade Bar’ seems to be a bit controversial! We’ve taken these bars to a few events and customer reactions fall into two camps. There’s ‘ooh that sounds interesting’ or there’s ‘urgh marmalade’. Well, marmalade haters, there’s nothing to fear here! This is simply a delicious vegan white chocolate bar with pieces of candied orange blended into it.
Lemon, Coconut and Pistachio - flavoured with lemon oil and sprinkled with chopped pistachio nuts and desiccated coconut.
Raspberry - flavoured with raspberry oil and sprinkled with freeze dried raspberry pieces.
Hazelnut Crisp - chopped, roasted hazelnut pieces with a sugary crunch.
