These delectable little rocks are pure indulgence: a luxurious blend of creamy Belgian milk chocolate, smooth nut pastes, chopped roasted nuts and crushed feuilletine wafers — all generously enrobed in even more chocolate. Irresistible doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Each bag contains four handmade rochers, crafted from a recipe created by a multi-award-winning chocolatier. (I recently found them selling for £5 per piece in Harrods so mine are an absolute bargain!)
This year, you can choose from two spellbinding flavours:
• Almond & Hazelnut – the classic, made with rich dark Belgian chocolate.
• Pistachio – my own adaptation of the recipe, using in silky Belgian milk chocolate and pistachio nut paste. And yes… it’s better than Dubai (no fried pastry in sight!).
