Ruby Chocolate Shoe

Have you discovered Ruby chocolate yet? Known as the fourth type of chocolate, Ruby was created by Barry Callebaut after more than a decade of development and launched in 2018. Made from the Ruby cocoa bean, it has a naturally vibrant pink-red colour and a unique flavour: not bitter, milky, or overly sweet, but a luscious balance of smooth creaminess and berry-like fruitiness.

We’ve transformed this innovative chocolate into a classic Cinderella-style pump. To showcase its natural beauty, decoration is kept minimal — just a touch of gold lustre dust for a little extra glamour.

Presented in a clear gift box tied with gold ribbon, each Ruby Chocolate Shoe is as dazzling to look at as it is to taste.
