Crafted using pressed grapes from the finest Sussex sparkling wine producers, this brandy adds warmth, depth, and subtle fruitiness to the truffle.
Finished in classic French style, each truffle is rolled in dark cocoa powder, giving a delicate, velvety coating to complement the rich, boozy ganache inside. Perfect for indulging, gifting, or sharing a taste of Sussex craftsmanship.
