Diablo Chilli and Tequila Truffles
Diablo is smooth, rich dark chocolate truffle made with fresh cream and flavoured with a blend of ground dried chillies and spices and a slug of tequila. We don’t use chilli oil as we think the mix of spices gives a more three dimensional flavour. Each one is rolled in dark cocoa and wrapped in red foil.
These truffles come in boxes of twelve or sixteen. If you’d like them extra hot, just ask.
These truffles can be frozen and taste delicious straight from the freezer - a chilly chilli pick-me-up!
