Peppermint Creams Enrobed in Belgian Chocolate
A ballotin box of 18 handmade peppermint creams in fine Belgian chocolate. We think dark chocolate is the perfect compliment to the sweetness of the fondant but, we know tastes differ so milk and white chocolate options are also available.
We like our products to look as good as they taste so our peppermint creams are now made in pretty leaf shaped moulds. To keep additives to a minimum, we now leave the fondant a natural white.
There are no dairy products in the fondant so the dark chocolate version is dairy free.
Processing time: 1 to 3 days.
Allergy Advice: all chocolate contains soy lecithin. Milk chocolate contains whole milk powder.
