Japanese-Inspired Chocolate Collection

Miso Caramel
A smooth, buttery caramel with white miso, paired with creamy white chocolate. Sweet, savoury and gently salty rather than overtly “miso”.

Yuzu
Bright, fragrant yuzu paired with smooth milk chocolate for a fresh citrus flavour that cuts beautifully through the richness of the chocolate.

Matcha & Ginger
Earthy matcha and warming ginger wrapped in dark chocolate for the deepest and most grown-up flavour of the trio.

Handmade in small batches using Belgian chocolate, this collection is designed for anyone who enjoys chocolates that are a little different from the usual flavours.
