This assortment of truffles is made with finest quality white Belgian chocolate and fresh double cream, blended with various liqueurs. Each box contains a random assortment from the following flavours -

Enchantment - creamy, smooth ganache flavoured with creme caramel liqueur and rolled in pecan nuts. This truffle is usually the best seller at events.

Banshee - Baileys Original. Who doesn’t love a drop of Irish cream liqueur?

Guinevere - the tart lemon liqueur and fresh lemon zest balance the sweetness of the white chocolate. Rolled in hazelnut bresilienne.

Artemis - flavoured with spiced maple liqueur, hand rolled in white chocolate and topped with chopped walnuts

Salamander - cinnamon flavoured whisky is blended into the white chocolate ganache giving this truffle a mild, spicy warmth.

Raspberry Rhapsody - raspberry liqueur and little pieces of freeze dried raspberry, rolled in rose blush cocoa powder.

Shade - Kahlua coffee liqueur, dipped in white chocolate and topped with a chocolate coffee bean.
