White Chocolate Liqueur Truffles

This assortment of white chocolate truffles is fast becoming one of our most popular. Made with sweet and creamy Belgian white chocolate and fresh double cream, please note that these truffles contain real alcohol, not flavouring. We currently make nine boozy white chocolate truffles; a box of twelve contains a selection of six of the flavours below and, a box of sixteen contains eight flavours.

Enchantment - creamy, smooth ganache flavoured with creme caramel liqueur and rolled in pecan nuts. This truffle is usually the best seller at events.

Banshee - who doesn’t love a drop of Irish cream liqueur?

Guinevere - the tart lemon liqueur and fresh lemon zest and juice balances the sweetness of the white chocolate. Rolled in chopped, roasted hazelnuts.

Artemis - flavoured with spiced maple liqueur, dipped in white chocolate and topped with chopped walnuts

Salamander - cinnamon flavoured whisky is blended into the white chocolate ganache giving this truffle a mild, spicy warmth.

Rasputin - flavoured with white chocolate and mint vodka liqueur, this truffle will dance on your taste buds like a Cossack. Rah rah!

Shade - we use a blend of coffee liqueur and real coffee to give this truffle a deep flavour. Topped with a chocolate coffee bean.

Pina Colada - Colada Baileys, soft baked pineapple pieces and desiccated coconut. Only available during Summer.

Jack’s Spicy Balls - flavoured with Jack Daniels and seasonal spices, rolled in chopped pecan nuts. Available only during the Winter months, this truffle has been described as “proper Christmassy”. The name? Well, that’s what happens when you ask your customers to come up with one!
